Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cluster Lead-First Wealth in the Private Banking department, your primary responsibility will be to oversee Relationship Managers (RMs) in the branch. You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and continuously developing RMs to meet specific goals. Your role involves guiding and mentoring RMs to achieve their goals, maintaining team productivity, and reaching revenue targets. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing customer engagement, particularly with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients in various banking sectors. Your duties will also include driving cross-selling initiatives, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional customer service while implementing data-driven sales strategies to improve portfolio performance. Upholding efficient request handling, process adherence, fostering a customer-centric culture, attracting top talent, and monitoring employee productivity and attrition rates are crucial aspects of your position. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure quality recruitment, training, and development of RMs in the branch, offering guidance, feedback, and mentorship for goal achievement. - Maintain RM team productivity, goal sheet objectives, and revenue targets while monitoring engagement quality, sales, and processes. - Enhance engagement with HNI customers through joint calls with RMs and drive cross-selling initiatives across various banking sectors. - Ensure relationship managers earn incentives in the assigned branch and execute triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by channel management & product teams. - Provide best customer service to portfolio customers while ensuring compliance with audit and compliance frameworks. - Develop data-driven sales plans for existing liability product customers to improve portfolio quality and account usage. - Drive First Time Right (FTR) as a guiding principle for all requests and address client requests and complaints efficiently within stipulated timelines. - Record all sales activities as per organizational processes and ensure adherence to sales and service processes by self and the branch team. - Lead the team in adopting a customer-first culture to ensure absolute customer delight and attract and retain top talent for RMs in the Branch. - Monitor employee productivity and attrition rates, making necessary improvements, and leverage data analytics to increase customer engagement and product holding.
