Job Description

As a Cluster Lead-First Wealth in the Private Banking department, your role is to oversee Relationship Managers (RMs) in the branch. Your responsibilities include recruitment, training, and continuous development of RMs to meet set goals. You will guide and mentor RMs for goal achievement, maintain team productivity, and achieve revenue targets. Your focus will be on enhancing customer engagement, especially with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, across various banking sectors. Additionally, driving cross-selling initiatives, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service while implementing data-driven sales strategies for portfolio improvement are key aspects of your position. Upholding efficient request handling, adherence to processes, fostering a customer-centric culture, attracting top talent, and monitoring employee productivity and attrition rates are also integral to your role. - Responsible for quality recruitment, training, and development of RMs in the branch - Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to RMs for goal achievement - Ensure RM Team maintains productivity, achieves goal sheet objectives, and revenue targets - Monitor quality of engagement, sales, and processes for RMs in the branch - Enhance engagement with HNI customers through joint calls with RMs - Drive cross-selling initiatives and enhance product holding ratios in mapped clients - Ensure relationship managers earn incentives in the assigned branch - Drive execution of triggers, campaigns, and programs designed by channel management & product teams - Ensure RMs provide best customer service within the bank's audit and compliance framework - Envision data-driven sales plans to improve portfolio quality and account usage - Ensure First Time Right (FTR) principle is followed for all requests - Record all sales activity as per organizational processes and ensure adherence to sales and service processes - Lead a customer-first culture by driving high degree servicing norms for absolute customer delight - Attract and retain best-in-class talent for RMs in the Branch - Monitor key parameters on employee productivity and attrition rates and make necessary improvements - Champion the use of data analytics to increase engagement and product holding for customers managed by the team You should possess: - Graduation in any discipline - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading a team of Relationship Managers to drive customer engagement, achieve revenue targets, and enhance the overall customer experience.,
