Job Description

You are being offered an opportunity to join as a Cluster head/SRM in the retail sales team at Surat location in the mutual fund/AMC industry with an experience range of 9-15 years. As a Cluster head/SRM, your role will involve handling regional distributors, building relationships with the IFA channel, and driving sales while ensuring high service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Increase sales (AUM) as per targets while coordinating, managing & monitoring the activities of individual channels in the assigned region - Focus on geographical expansion, increasing penetration & higher market share - Lead the sales function to ensure team members meet their sales targets individually and collectively - Manage Key sales accounts within the product range or the assigned district - Maintain & manage relationships with various IFAs - Coordinate with various channels in the respective region to devise strategies and address operational issues for augmenting sales & increasing AUM - Liaise closely with the investment team on product development and enhancement, providing periodical feedback on market trends & competitor knowledge Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - Years of Experience: 9-15 Years - Management Level: AVP / Sr. Manager The company is looking for someone with knowledge & understanding of the Mutual Fund Industry, experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking, and Distribution, as well as knowledge of all Mutual Fund compliances. Preferred skills include perseverance, high intrinsic motivation, target-driven mindset, self-starter with good communication skills, adaptability to learn and analyze, people management skills, ability to think out of the box, and provide solutions.,
