About the job We are looking to add a Regional Head-Tamil Nadu based out of Chennai Location and an SRM /Cluster head based out of Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi location in our Key Accounts (Institutional sales) team. Someone with an experience range of 12-20 years in the mutual fund/AMC industry is preferable. Responsibilities Handling Relationships & sourcing business from Family Offices, corporate treasury, Large IFAs managing Ultra HNI & Family offices, wealth advisors and Trusts including charitable and retiral. Achieving the Annual AUM / Net Sales Target of Location/ Regions Hiring and team management role - hiring quality KAM Manager & ensuring the productivity through continuous mentoring and Training Drive the Sales strategy Keeping the P&L In check for the relationship sourced/ acquired locally Key Accounts Distribution: 1. Managing direct relationship with Institutional clients including family offices, Ultra HNI and Trusts 2. Large Wealth outfits; Banking and non-banking lead and boutique firms with either RIA or ARN Mode 3. Large IFA catering to UHNI/ HNI, Family Offices and Mid-size companies with minimum AUM of 250 crs AUA (not only restricted to MF) Key Accounts Clients 1. Large Family Office / Promoter office 2. MFO- Multiple Family Office Set up 3. TASC- Trust Association Societies and Clubs 4. Treasuries focusing on primarily non liquid Focus on UHNI serving Wealth Distributors, followed by FO/MFO, TASC and Treasuries who invest in non-liquid primarily. Qualifications Any Graduate/Post Graduate Preferred. Required Skills Knowledge & understanding of Mutual Fund Industry. Knowledge of all Mutual Fund compliances. Personal Characteristics Strong interpersonal, Presentable and Communication skills Maintain good relations across Departments for devising ways to provide value added services to the Clients Good Analytics Skills People Management- Team lead mode, Playing captain, mentor role Displays ability to think out of the box.
