Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Managing the Sales Distribution.
Build the distribution channel (Property Brokers, Chartered Accountants, Architects, Insurance Brokers, IFAs etc ) for lead generation.
Hiring, Lead, motivate, and manage a team (Invest in team building & motivation through ideation & innovation) of Business Development Executives and Managers.
Product, Policy & Process knowledge of SME Lending products including Home Loan,LAP and Working capital Loans
Strong Communication skills and ability to keep Partners engaged through trainings and regular meetings.
Understand and navigate each stage of sales process - Lead generation to closure.
Execute at speed while maintaining error free operations.
Revenue Targets
Ensure compliance with company policies
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements of FIs and Governing bodies like RBI, NHB etc
Maintain the highest standards of honesty, integrity, transparency, accountability and responsibility.
Customer Service, Relationship Management and ability to cross sell multiple products as per customer need.

Job Requirements

Strategic thinking and planning.
Strong leadership /organizational and time management skills.
Frequent travel to meet clients and visit distribution channels.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions].
Excellent communication skills.
Lateral thinking, Negotiation & Interpersonal Influencing skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
