Drive dealer-wise sales targets across the region, with a focus on upselling
SRT kitted and BESS-integrated solar solutions

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential
channel partners
to expand reach and address white spaces in the market.
Conduct regular
dealer enablement
through product and CRM training, joint customer meetings, and performance reviews.
Ensure
timely lead conversion
by coordinating with Central BD & Marketing teams and supporting technical sales for strategic enquiries.
Oversee
dealer and internal execution teams
for seamless delivery of both retail and project-based sales.
Monitor
