Zonal Operations Management

• Oversee and manage operations across multiple hubs or locations within an assigned sub-zone.
  
• Ensure consistent implementation of company processes, SOPs, and service standards across all units.
  
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with operational, financial, and legal guidelines.
  

2. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead a team of Hub Managers, Supervisors, and field staff.
  
• Set performance goals, review progress, and provide continuous feedback.
  
• Identify manpower requirements and support recruitment, training, and development.
  

3. Business Performance Monitoring

• Monitor key operational KPIs such as TAT, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, cost control, and productivity levels.
  
• Implement corrective actions in underperforming hubs and drive improvements.
  
• Report sub-zonal performance metrics to higher management with actionable insights.
  

4. Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a key point of communication between hubs and central teams (HR, Finance, IT, etc.).
  
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, or government bodies as required.
  
• Support business expansion activities, including the setup of new hubs or service areas.
  

5. Customer and Client Management

• Ensure quick resolution of customer-level escalations and issues within the sub-zone.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  

6. Budget and Cost Management

• Plan and control operational budgets.
  
• Ensure cost optimization without compromising on service quality or safety.
  

7. Strategy Deployment & Project Management

• Drive implementation of company-wide projects or new business initiatives at the sub-zonal level.
  
• Support in strategy development and rollout for improvements in operations and customer experience.
  

8. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety norms, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Implement preventive measures to reduce operational risks and losses.
