Role Overview: As a visionary and dynamic Cluster Director of Talent & Culture at Accor in Jaipur, India, you will be responsible for driving the organization's talent strategy and shaping the corporate culture across multiple locations. Your role will involve aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives, fostering growth, innovation, and employee engagement. You will play a crucial part in creating an environment that encourages exploration of limitless possibilities within Accor. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support the organization's goals and objectives across the cluster - Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market - Design and oversee performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growth - Spearhead employee engagement initiatives to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment - Create and manage leadership development programs to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders - Drive organizational culture initiatives to reinforce company values and promote a positive work environment - Lead change management efforts to facilitate organizational transformations and new HR initiatives - Analyze HR metrics and data to derive insights and recommendations for continuous improvement - Manage HR budgets and resources effectively across multiple locations - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in India and other relevant jurisdictions - Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree in HR or MBA preferred - 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a successful track record in strategic HR roles - Experience in managing HR functions across multiple locations or countries - Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning - Expertise in developing and implementing performance management systems and leadership development programs - Proven ability to drive organizational culture initiatives and change management efforts - Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to utilize HR metrics for decision-making - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India - Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and motivate at all levels of the organization - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans - SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred - Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools - Willingness to travel to different locations as required,
