Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Cluster Coordinator will oversee and manage freshwater body restoration projects, engage with volunteers, coordinate community outreach programs, and ensure the implementation of scientific techniques for conservation. Daily tasks include project planning, team leadership, monitoring project progress, and reporting to senior management. The role involves active participation in fieldwork, stakeholder meetings, and facilitating educational workshops. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with volunteers and stakeholders Knowledge of environmental science and conservation techniques Experience in community outreach and public engagement Ability to work on-site and manage field operations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field Passion for environmental conservation and sustainability Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus Show more Show less
