Job Title: Channel Business Manager (CBM) Cross Sale Channel

Location: Jaipur

Max CTC: 7.5 LPA

Channel: Cross Sale – Life Insurance

Company: Canara HSBC Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance sales through cross-sell and upsell strategies with existing customers from the agency and direct channels.

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers for both Agency and Direct verticals.

Monitor and improve productivity, activation, and persistency ratios within the team.

Collaborate with partner channels to identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Regularly train and motivate the team to ensure performance standards are met.

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and service support.

Generate MIS reports and provide actionable insights to the regional leadership.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation (mandatory); MBA preferred.

Experience: 4–8 years in life insurance, preferably in cross-sell / direct

Team handling experience is a must.

Strong communication, team leadership, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment.

Eligibility:

Candidates from Direct, Cross-Sell backgrounds are eligible to apply.

Should be open to fieldwork and team leadership roles.
