Here is the job description : Job Title: Direct Channel 100% (Leads-Based) Locations: All delhi ncr + Noida Ghaziabad Industry: Life insurance sales prefered from direct and agency channel Compensation: 5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives Role Overview : We are seeking proactive and results-driven Direct Channel Sales Executives to join our expanding team across multiple cities. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through a leads-based model, eliminating the need for cold calling or self-sourced leads. Your primary responsibility will be to convert these pre-qualified leads into satisfied customers, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Contact and engage with potential customers provided through company-generated leads. Product Presentation : Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: Age Criteria : maximum 37 Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in Life insurance sector from agency and direct marketing Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
