Job Description

Location:

Kanodia Group

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks
Appoint new dealers and expand market reach
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility
Promote brand awareness among dealers, retailers, and influencers (masons, contractors, builders)
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports
Coordinate with logistics and plant teams for smooth supply chain operations

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred
Experience:
1- 7 years of sales experience in the cement or building materials industry
Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Market development and relationship management
Target-driven mindset
Knowledge of local market dynamics

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in handling dealer/distributor-based sales
Familiarity with the assigned geography
Two-wheeler mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
