Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to join our MobilityCenter of Excellence (CoE) team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years ofexperience in mobile application development, a strong understanding of web applicationarchitectures, and hands-on exposure to AI-powered development tools. This role demandstechnical leadership, cross-platform expertise, and the ability to guide teams in deliveringscalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications (native andcross-platform). Provide architectural and technical guidance for both mobile and web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, UX/UI, QA, andDevOps. Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to best practices. Define and maintain architecture standards, reusable components, and developmentguidelines. Integrate and promote the use of AI tools in the SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor,Windsurf) to enhance productivity and code quality. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies for mobile and webdevelopment. Ensure performance, scalability, and security across platforms. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Mobility CoE. Document technical designs, decisions, and processes for internal knowledgesharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–6 years of hands-on experience in mobile development(Flutter/ReactNative/Native Platforms). Strong understanding of web application architecture (e.g., microservices, RESTAPIs, MVC/MVVM). Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) and backendtechnologies (.NET, Node.js, Java). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf,etc. Knowledge of mobile and web security best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Passion for leveraging AI to improve development workflows and team efficiency. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
