Location: Baner, Pune
Experience Required: 5–6 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to join our Mobility Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years of experience in mobile application development, a strong understanding of web application architectures, and hands-on exposure to AI-powered development tools. This role demands technical leadership, cross-platform expertise, and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications (native and cross-platform). Provide architectural and technical guidance for both mobile and web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps. Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to best practices. Define and maintain architecture standards, reusable components, and development guidelines. Integrate and promote the use of AI tools in the SDLC (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to enhance productivity and code quality. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies for mobile and web development. Ensure performance, scalability, and security across platforms. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Mobility CoE. Document technical designs, decisions, and processes for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–6 years of hands-on experience in mobile development (Flutter/ReactNative/Native Platforms). Strong understanding of web application architecture (e.g., microservices, REST APIs, MVC/MVVM). Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) and backend technologies (.NET, Node.js, Java). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf,
etc. Knowledge of mobile and web security best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Passion for leveraging AI to improve development workflows and team efficiency. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
