• Consult with clients to design and recommend cloud solutions.
• Lead migrations from on-premises to cloud, optimizing costs across platforms.
• Explore new cloud technologies and establish best practices in cloud, automation, and DevOps.
• Design scalable solutions, especially on Azure, ensuring security and governance compliance.
• Integrate cloud solutions into existing systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and monitor system performance.
• Oversee enterprise cloud architecture and execute cloud adoption strategies.
• Assess and update cloud applications and guidelines according to industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor team members.
• Solve technical challenges for individual and multiple teams.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders with transparency.
• Serve as a technology expert across cloud platforms.
• Continuously enhance technical skills to meet client and industry needs.
• Design hybrid-cloud solutions using Azure/AWS.
• Lead project teams and ensure delivery of cloud project milestones.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for IT standards and quality outcomes.
• Participate in reviews of requirements, designs, code, and deliverables.
• Stay current on innovations in Azure Devops and cloud technologies
  

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputed institution.
• While formal degrees are considered, practical hands-on programming experience and passion for technology are valued more (especially if you’ve been coding since an early age).
• Certifications are optional; curiosity, problem-solving, and practical skills matter most.
  

Experience

• 10–13 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS) within global enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with exposure to tools like Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
  

Technical Skills

• Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation practices.
• Ability to program and develop against cloud platforms such as Azure.
