Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
Monitor system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry and other observability tools.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure minimal downtime.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering practices including monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
Experience with observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call rotation environment and handle production incidents effectively.
