Job Summary - Lead for XDR Services based at Bangalore

Build and operate world-class Security Operations Centers, staffed with security experts collaborating with various security tools/teams.

Mix of cyber, technical delivery and business development

Translate the vision and mission set by leadership into a scalable and repeatable service offering.

Able to provide advice and hands on help to clients during cyber solution / project implementation.

Understanding of current information security challenges and solutions and industry trends

Ensure all business and operational processes are executed with efficiency and quality and ensure all service SLAs are met.

Work alongside with Sales team in forecasting new business

Manage and maintain Global customer relationships, relationships with Sales leadership and assist with driving new business.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders globally.

Strong interpersonal skills and delegation amongst team or leads.

Good Analytical and problem-solving skills

Attitude to learn and develop, maintain a record of continuous professional development.

Years of experience needed -

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security & Overall experience around 15+ years.

Technical Skills:

Demonstrated ability in leading SOC /MDR/XDR based mission critical security operations & Security Tools such as EDR, VA, IAM and PAM etc

Managed MSS/MSSP delivery models and work experience against Managed SOC Services, Deep Technical Expert service items, and detailed view on integrations,

In depth knowledge on SLAs & Penalty structures and Governance structures

Understanding of network and endpoint incident detection and response methodologies

Experience and knowledge in emerging disciplines of Cyber Security E.g., Cloud Security, OT/IoT Security, etc.

Engage/Support for new client onboarding for Cyber Security Services

Manage Partnerships, Vendors, Evaluate new tools and technologies.

Manage controls, processes in SOC delivery unit, keep service and delivery unit up to speed of new trends.

Architect Cyber security solutions as per client requirements and RFPs

Engage with internal teams to review solutions and costing models.

Drive strategic initiative with customer stakeholders on security domains, review incident response planning.

Deliver new security technology approaches and implement next generation solutions for customers.

Ensure proper functioning of threat management operations including threat advisories, incident response, forensics.

Design and lead Automation (SOAR) driven Cyber threat management operations.

Proactively mitigate cyber security risks and strengthen the attack detection and response processes.

Knowledge and practical application experience of information security "best practices," such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, SOC 1/2/3 Audits, NIST standards.

Certifications Needed:

(Bachelors degree in engineering or IT-related field or equivalent

Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC and other certifications in technology
