Job Summary
The Risks and Improvement team performs an important role by assisting Digital Platforms teams with their production activities to comply with security and resilience requirements, operational stability, governance of processes, analysis of incidents, management of IT audits and generally help drive continuous improvements across all key performance indicators
Because our primary scope covers IT infrastructure, we add value by helping people recognize and manage operational risks
Each team member must work closely with our IT Production teams, understand their challenges, limitations, dependencies and processes and procedures
We must also work closely with auditors and internal IT security teams to help reduce known vulnerabilities, co-ordinate audit requests for information, close audit findings, and report progress to senior management
It s essential to have excellent written and verbal communication skills because we are required talk to and sometimes interview people at all levels of the organisation, in different time zones and to summarise the discussion to raise awareness and share information clearly for their crucial decision making
Candidates are required to possess an inquisitive and analytical mind, be experienced with handling internal and external IT audits, and have excellent presentation and reporting skills
They would need to be open minded, be highly collaborative, be a good listener but also ask the right questions They must always be seeking for solutions or at least the next step towards the final solution Having a process driven attitude is also desirable for this position (eg practical experience using Agile or Lean methodologies and/or has been part of DevOps teams)
Having a technical background supporting a large server infrastructure is desired but not critical
However, the candidate should be very familiarity with all essential IT processes such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Obsolescence Management, Vulnerability Management and all other ITIL processes

Technical Skills:
Required Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
1
At least 5+ years experience Preferably with competences from an IT background

Practical experience supporting IT applications or infrastructure is preferred
3
Experience working to deliver large or complex IT projects is preferred
4
Must be familiar with Service Delivery processes in ITIL such as Change management, Incident Management, Capacity Management, etc

Must be familiar with cybersecurity policies on vulnerability management, access management and other IT security risk topics

Hands on experience working with internal and external auditors is essential
7
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as good presentation and documentation skills You must have the ability to explain complex technical problems using plain English and adapt the conversation for your target audience eg able to discuss an incident with a senior system engineer and then explain the issue to non-technical senior managers

Must have an enthusiastic can do attitude Possess good time keeping skills and excellent attention to detail

Relishes taking ownership, being totally hands-on and comfortable directly interfacing with people at all levels of the organisation

Demonstrate a systematic and logical approach to problems, issues and incidents

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team using strong analytical and data driven skills
12
Have knowledge and experience using Agile or Lean methodologies and/or has been part of DevOps teams
13
Able to follow the bank s standards, processes and procedures
14
Familiarity on various ITIL concepts and can apply them effectively
Other Value-Added Competencies:

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft PowerBI, SQL Query, Python scripting applied in a Data Analytics scope

Experience from a Data Analytics role or background as a Data Scientist
