Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end

    sales pipeline

    for X‑Ops platform and services
  • Drive

    outbound prospecting

    , discovery calls, product demos, and closing
  • Understand customer needs in

    cloud cost optimization, security, compliance

  • Use AI tools (e.g., GPTs, sales agents) for outreach automation, lead scoring, proposal generation
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape pitches and battlecards
  • Track sales metrics (pipeline velocity, deal size, time-to-close) and meet quota targets

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2–3 years in B2B tech sales (SaaS/cloud/cybersecurity preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) + AI (ChatGPT, Apollo AI, etc.)
  • Able to understand technical buyer personas (CTOs, CISOs, DevOps leaders)
  • Self-starter, high ownership, can work with lean support
