Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a Cloud Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to kickstart or advance their career in cloud sales. As a fully remote role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking. Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and aligning them with Cloudzenias offerings. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Research target industries and build a pipeline of prospective customers. Work with marketing to nurture inbound leads and drive outbound campaigns. Follow up with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel. Stay updated on cloud industry trends and our product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients. Requirements : 0-2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (freshers are welcome to apply) Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident and persuasive phone presence. Basic understanding of cloud technology or a willingness to learn quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with tools like MS Office, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email platforms. Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace for remote work.
