Job Description

Experience & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proactively monitoring, analysing, and resolving issues in production. Work with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to maintain maximum stability, performance, and security for current environments.
  • Maintain and enhance

    IAM infrastructure within AWS, OCI, GCP and Azure cloud environments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Manage and optimize IAM processes and systems, ensuring they align with Client’s security policies and business objectives.
  • Application operations, client support investigations and Tier 2 task execution and investigations as needed for specific issues or investigative needs.
  • Scripting knowledge (Java / BeanShell, PowerShell, Shell / Bash) for enhanced performance of 'tasks'

    for Cloud IAM/ SailPoint backend that cannot be triggered via administrative UI or set up for use through administrative UI.
  • Evaluation of log files for transaction investigation, health of application on platform, tuning platform, may be included in normal operations duties.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support for deployments may be necessary ensuring Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment execution as well as any deployment script tuning/writing may be in scope.
  • Implement and maintain tool/portal, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our application and infrastructure.
  • Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with development and other operations teams to identify and prioritize requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to ensure platform is operating at the highest level of efficiency and security.
  • Apply security/ IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control. Utilize IAM tools, Active Directory, LDAP.
  • Team members should be willing to work in shifts including weekend coverage for business operations

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior involvement in IAM projects such as migrations, upgrades, or integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure and Cloud security policies.
  • 8+ years of general Identity and Access Management with extensive knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Directory Services specifically Active Directory and any UNIX related directory services.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure, database, and server systems, including Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory.
  • Experience with the design and architecture of complex security / IAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting, Windows Active Directory, UNIX, Linux SSH key management experience
  • Experience with Java as a programming language using XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web and Application Servers.
  • Understanding of password management options (SSH, ACS, LDAP)
  • ITIL foundation certification.
