Responsibilities

Design, architecture, and integration of IT infrastructure and services (server/storage hardware, cloud, server virtualization, compliance solutions).
Act as
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for Data Center & Cloud services, mentoring and coaching IT teams.
Develop and maintain IT standards, architecture documentation, and disaster recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with global infrastructure standards and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Respond to L3 incidents and service requests, offering technical expertise and escalation support.
Lead and execute projects related to data center & cloud infrastructure, including migrations and rollouts.
Manage technology demand, resources, time, budget, and risks for initiatives.

Key Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:
13+ years in IT infrastructure within global/multinational enterprises.

Certifications:
ITIL Foundation (mandatory)
Microsoft certifications (MCSE or equivalent), Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Additional vendor certs (VMWare, Nutanix, AWS) a plus
Technical Expertise:
Microsoft Windows Server stack (OS, System Center, SQL, Exchange, IIS, DFS)
Virtualization platforms (VMWare, Citrix, Nutanix, Microsoft)
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Active Directory, ADFS, DHCP, DNS, server/network hardware

Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, customer focus, team coaching.

Languages:
English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Working Conditions

Office environment with occasional travel (national/international).
24/7 availability may be required for critical operational issues.
