Job Title: Buyer – Clothing & Apparel
Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in apparel/clothing buying (mandatory)
• Location: Only candidates currently based in Delhi will be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and purchase clothing/apparel items in line with company requirements and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular market research to analyze customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging fashion trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, design, and sales) to align buying decisions with brand strategy.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
• Plan seasonal buying strategies to achieve business targets and profitability.
• Track and analyze sales reports to make data-driven purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Buyer in the clothing/apparel industry.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment production.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other buying/merchandising tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Clothing Buyer: 2 years (Preferred)
• Apparel Buyer: 2 years (Preferred)
