Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall project goals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of real estate norms, project processes, and micro-market dynamics.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, market trends, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Convert 15% of leads into successful bookings, maintaining key performance ratios:
  • Lead to Walk-in: 10%
  • Walk-in to Booking: 15%
  • Minimize booking cancellations within 10% threshold.
  • Ensure accurate, timely updates on SFDC and follow all system protocols.
  • Collaborate with various channel partners and track each partner's business contribution.
  • Identify and activate new sourcing channels to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Uphold ethics, integrity, and a positive professional environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Proven experience in residential real estate sales with strong closing capability.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and closing procedures.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
