Role & responsibilities

Strong negotiation and high-pressure sales closing skills.
Deep knowledge of Mumbai real estate market, especially luxury segment.
Understanding of legal, financial, and compliance processes in real estate.
CRM and documentation software proficiency (Salesforce, Excel, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

Highly persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and composed under pressure.
Excellent closer with a no deal left behind mentality.
Impeccable negotiation and documentation skills.
