Closing Manager(Real Estate)-Mumbai

Job Summary

The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end property closing activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role ensures smooth documentation, timely agreement execution, customer coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate closing processes, RERA norms, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire property closing process, from booking to final handover.
  
• Coordinate with customers for documentation, agreement drafting, registration appointments, and payment schedules.
  
• Liaise with internal teams including Sales, CRM, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless transaction flow.
  
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies during all closing procedures.
  
• Verify customer documents and ensure accuracy before processing.
  
• Maintain detailed records of all agreements, registrations, NOCs, and handover documents.
  
• Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and signatures.
  
• Provide timely updates to management on closing status and pipeline.
  
• Support customers with post-sales queries related to agreements, registration, and handover.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction through smooth and transparent closing processes.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in real estate closing, documentation, or customer relations.
• Strong understanding of

  RERA guidelines

  , real estate agreements, and registration procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or related field.
  

Preferred

• Experience in a leading real estate developer or property firm.
  
• Familiarity with Mumbai real estate market and local registration processes.
