Manage and own the end-to-end sales closure process from qualified lead to deal conversion Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets; provide curated property recommendations Coordinate and conduct site visits, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers Work closely with channel partners, real estate developers, and internal sales teams Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, visits, and closure progress using CRM tools Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and coordinate with developers to drive closures Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs for site visits, follow-ups, and conversions Provide regular feedback to leadership on buyer behavior and deal blockers Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in closures Strong understanding of the residential real estate market, projects, and customer buying behavior Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Comfortable with client-facing roles, field visits, and weekend availability (when required) Bachelor's degree preferred (Real Estate, Business, or related field) Additional Information Attractive performance-based incentives + fixed pay Opportunity to work with leading real estate brands and curated projects High visibility role in a fast-growing startup with real impact Mentorship, rapid growth, and a collaborative sales-driven culture Show more Show less
