Position Overview:We are looking for a Closing Manager who can take qualified leads and turn them into successful deals. This role involves client interaction, relationship building, sales follow-up, and finalizing transactions for residential and land-based projects. Key Responsibilities: Handle leads passed on by the sales and marketing team. Conduct client meetings, virtual or in-person. Clearly explain project details, legal process, pricing, and payment plans. Coordinate and schedule site visits. Follow up with clients until final closure of the deal. Work with internal teams for documentation and legal processes. Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports. Ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to final transaction. Key Requirements: 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or closures. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build client trust and close high-value deals. Knowledge of property documentation, RERA, and closing formalities. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
