Job Description

Job Title: BIM 3D Modeller (with API Integration Knowledge) Location: Navi Mumbai / Remote Experience: 1–5 years We’re hiring a BIM 3D Modeller to create detailed, parametric models for residential, commercial, and luxury construction projects using tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. The ideal candidate should also understand how BIM connects with APIs to support automation, floor planning, and visualisation platforms. Must-Have Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360 3D modelling with knowledge of LOD, IFC, clash detection Familiarity with BIM APIs like Autodesk Forge, Revit API, SketchUp/Planner 5D/Foyr Neo Basic understanding of how BIM data integrates with project tracking, AI tools, or customer platforms Bonus: Knowledge of rendering, walkthroughs, and real-time model linking.
