Job Description

B. Tech in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of BIM experience
Ability to work independently on projects
Client coordination and team management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard BIM tools
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects is a plus
Lead and manage BIM model development across design, construction, and handover phases
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and interdisciplinary consistency
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues between disciplines
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and workflows according to project and client requirements
Train and mentor junior BIM engineers and technicians
