Senior BIM Engineer

As a Senior BIM Engineer at Urban Lion in Pune, India, your role will involve anchoring BIM efforts on U.S. construction projects. You will be responsible for driving documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with U.S. codes and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate and manage full construction document sets using Revit - Coordinate across multiple disciplines including architecture, MEP, and structure - Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, zoning & local regulations - Review models for constructability and minimize clashes - Work closely with project managers, leads, and cross-functional teams to meet timelines **Qualifications & Skills:** - Degree in B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch, or equivalent - 3+ years hands-on experience working with U.S. projects/clients - Strong knowledge of U.S. codes & standards (ADA, local zoning, etc.) - Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities - Eagerness to grow, adapt, and take ownership If you join Urban Lion, you can expect to gain real-world experience across U.S. construction & documentation challenges.
