About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate BIM Project Designer to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience in Revit and AutoCAD who are eager to grow their expertise in U.S. construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage comprehensive construction document sets using Revit
• Coordinate drawings across multiple disciplines (architecture, MEP, structural)
• Ensure all documents comply with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, and zoning regulations
• Translate design concepts into buildable solutions with attention to constructability
• Collaborate closely with team leads and project managers

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience producing construction documents in Revit
• Basic understanding of U.S. construction practices and materials
• Strong communication and willingness to grow

Preferred:

• In-depth knowledge of IBC, local jurisdictional codes, and ADA requirements
• Exposure to U.S. or international projects
