Senior BIM Project Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior BIM Project Designer (Office | Pune)

Urban Lion is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior BIM Project Designer to join our team and lead architectural BIM design and construction documentation for our U.S.-based projects. If you enjoy turning concepts into detailed, buildable designs and collaborating closely with a passionate team, this role is for you!

Location: Pune (Office-based)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day

Experience: 2+ years

Employment: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Produce detailed architectural construction documents in Revit
• Coordinate drawings with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA, and zoning standards
• Review models for constructability and resolve clashes
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience on U.S.-based BIM projects
• Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and AI
• Knowledge of U.S. codes, ADA standards, and zoning regulations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Someone eager to contribute, share ideas, and grow with a dynamic team
