Senior BIM Engineer

Role Overview: As a CAD to BIM (Architectural & Structural) professional at Inkers Technology, your primary responsibility will be to convert 2D CAD drawings into detailed 3D BIM models. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the models meet client requirements, project standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and delivering clash-free coordinated models will be essential for contributing to high-quality project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Convert 2D CAD drawings into detailed 3D BIM models (Architectural and Structural) using Revit and other BIM tools. - Develop accurate parametric models, families, and components for architectural and structural elements. - Ensure models comply with client standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project requirements. - Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure coordination and clash-free designs. - Perform quality checks to validate accuracy, levels of detail (LOD), and project deliverables. - Support project documentation including plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models. - Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries. - Assist in model updates and revisions based on design changes or client feedback. Qualifications: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in CAD to BIM (architectural and/or structural domains). - Certification in Revit/BIM will be an added advantage. - Strong knowledge of Revit (Architecture/Structure) and BIM workflows. - Experience in CAD to BIM conversion with attention to detail. - Familiarity with LOD standards, BIM protocols, and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks). - Good understanding of architectural and structural design principles. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. - Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.,
