Job Description

Manage and convert walk-ins into sales closures effectively
Attend and engage with potential clients, provide property details, and handle negotiations
Conduct follow-ups with revisits and walk-ins to ensure closure of sales
Negotiate terms of agreements and finalize deals in alignment with company policies
Maintain accurate records of client bookings and transactions
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Consistently meet or exceed targets set by management within specified deadlines
