The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious, mission-driven Clinical Success & Engagement Lead to supercharge adoption and success of EASE across India’s top mental health institutions. You won't just support clinics - you'll architect the national deployment of a breakthrough technology. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of clinical partnerships, strategic operations, and market-building. You'll work directly with the founding team to define success for India’s first brain stimulation network. You will also get the opportunity to pilot innovative business models, explore new revenue channels, and contribute to our expanding global partnerships, including our collaborative initiatives with the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). Key Responsibilities 1. Doctor & Hospital Expansion Build and manage a nationwide network of psychiatrists, neurologists, and hospitals Convert early adopters into champions through structured onboarding and results-driven engagement Co-lead clinical workshops and conferences that establish Marbles Health as the category leader 2. Deployment & Training Leadership Lead seamless delivery, installation, and clinician training for every device deployed Represent EASE at events with compelling demos and scientific storytelling Troubleshoot and resolve clinical queries in collaboration with product and clinical teams 3. Operational Execution & Growth Own proposal drafting, MOU execution, and financial coordination across partners Maintain robust documentation to enable scale across 100+ deployments Ensure customer delight with structured feedback loops and proactive engagement 4. Brand & Ecosystem Building Position EASE as a must-have device for mental health clinics via strong brand and clinical proof Identify pilot opportunities with premium institutions to demonstrate impact Collaborate with the product team on field feedback and device evolution What Success Looks Like? 200+ successful EASE deployments in your first 6 months 90%+ doctor satisfaction and repeat usage Key opinion leaders advocating for EASE across Tier 1 cities National CMEs and marquee hospitals on your clinical network map Qualifications Experience: 3–6 years in clinical operations or medical device/hospital B2B sales Background: Experience dealing with psychiatrists or neuro-specialists preferred Education: Degree in Healthcare, Psychology, Public Health, or related field Skills: Strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and strong field execution Why Join Us?
