We are expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated individual to support our growing team. **Role Overview:** - As a Clinical Recruiter based in Noida, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for US Clinical Positions and Allied Positions. - You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, utilize various recruitment channels to attract top healthcare talent, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. - Coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process are key aspects of this role. - Additionally, you will assist with HR-related tasks and projects as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, and interview candidates for US Clinical Positions and Allied Positions. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. - Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top healthcare talent. - Maintain a strong candidate pipeline. - Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Assist with HR-related tasks and projects as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1-2 years of recent experience in US clinical recruitment or allied health recruitment. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience as a recruiter in a high-volume recruitment environment is desirable. - Familiarity with recruiting for allied healthcare positions such as Medical Lab Technologists, Ultrasound Technicians, Sonographers, Radiology Technologists, X-Ray Technicians, CT Technologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. - Must be willing to work onsite at our office located in the Smartworks Building, Noida, India.,
