Clinical Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai, India for a Clinical Recruiter. The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring teams. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure the timely hiring of top talent and the best possible candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience with Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and facilitate Hiring processes
• Experience with 1099, W2 and contract hirings
• Relevant prior experience in clinical trial or healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
