Clinical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit clinical professionals such as nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand clinical staffing requirements and timelines.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinical candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess clinical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring standards and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5 Years to 6 Years Proven experience as a

  Clinical Recruiter

  or Healthcare Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of clinical roles, healthcare terminology, and staffing requirements.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare roles.
• Familiarity with contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring models.
• Experience working in staffing or consulting organizations.
