Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Build a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and partnerships with schools and healthcare institutions. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.. Requirements: Education & Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with at least 1+years in a leadership or senior recruiter role. Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or healthcare staffing agencies. Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of healthcare job market and recruiting best practices. Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
