Job Description

Job Title: Lead Healthcare Recruiter Location: Vadodara (Onsite) Shift: US Shift Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Healthcare Recruiter to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the organizations mission by ensuring we have a highly qualified and compassionate workforce. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare recruiters to meet hiring goals. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various healthcare positions (e.g., RNs, physicians, allied health professionals, administrative roles). Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Build a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and partnerships with schools and healthcare institutions. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.. Requirements: Education & Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with at least 1+years in a leadership or senior recruiter role. Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or healthcare staffing agencies. Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of healthcare job market and recruiting best practices. Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
