As a Clinical Solutions Consultant with the Critical Care sales team, your role involves providing essential support before and after sales to ensure the smooth implementation of products in your territory. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting pre-sale product demonstrations and clinical trial support - Assisting with post-sale installation, training, and customer service activities - Collaborating with Product Managers to develop clinical strategies, including Continuous Medical Education activities for key customers - Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers during the sales process - Serving as a clinical resource for the sales and account management teams - Generating potential leads for new products and customers - Supporting trade shows and professional conferences through product demonstrations and customer training - Utilizing market and product knowledge to assist in developing sales and marketing strategies - Providing feedback to product/marketing management based on customer interactions and market observations - Offering clinical support, therapy upgrades, and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Providing telephone clinical and technical support to customers - Developing and maintaining customer relationships while staying updated on medical knowledge in the field - Creating and executing training programs for both external and internal customers - Becoming a Product Application Specialist through organization resources - Enhancing the skill and knowledge level of the sales team to engage customers effectively - Mentoring the sales team and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders regularly Moreover, you are expected to keep yourself informed about the latest developments in CRRT/RCA/Heart & Lung medical knowledge to better serve your customers.,
