Position Overview: As a Clinical Application Specialist at Medbionix, you will play a key role in customer acquisition , supporting surgeries, providing training to clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be a crucial link between our cutting-edge products and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Support:
• Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients on the effective use of our surgical devices and implants, ensuring proficiency among end-users.
• Offer ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
• Pre-sales Support:
• Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Participate in client meetings to address technical queries and contribute to the successful acquisition of new business.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
• Serve as a subject matter expert on products staying updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on product performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
• Document and communicate client feedback to internal teams, contributing to the improvement of products and services.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
• Gather insights from client interactions to identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional services.
• Travel:
• Travel to client locations, as required, for on-site support, training sessions, and project implementations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience of 1+ years in support - Neuro products within the Kerala market.
• Any graduate with equivalent experience within the domain can apply.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proven record of successful selling of similar products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills ,ability to work independently, and a team player attitude.
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Enthusiastic candidate with a background in medical device related experience are encouraged to apply.
