Trainee - Clinical Application Engineer

Medbionix is looking for a motivated Fresher to join our team, focusing on technical clinical support. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your biomedical knowledge with customer interaction in the healthcare industry. You will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop your skills in providing technical support, product demonstrations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and customers on our surgical products.
• Assist in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Stay updated on product features, applications, and industry trends.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events as needed.

Requirements:

• Any degree in related field (recent graduate or currently pursuing).
• Any Fresher can apply for this position.
• Strong interest in combining technical knowledge with customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office suite).
