Clinical Application Specialist

In this role of Clinical Application Specialist at Philips Healthcare, you will provide post and presales application training for new and existing sites. Your main responsibility will be ensuring a successful system handover to users to enhance customer satisfaction. You will offer clinical application support until users are confident in operating the system independently. Building strong relationships with users and clinicians is crucial, along with establishing new sites as demo/reference sites. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct post and presales application training - Ensure successful system handover to users - Provide ongoing clinical application support - Develop relationships with users and clinicians - Establish new sites as demo/reference sites - Support regional and national conferences/workshops - Assist in clinical activities and knowledge transfer sessions - Gather information about products, including competitors" products - Conduct internal sales training on key application tools - Create case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials - Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) - Conduct post-installation user training Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with critical care products - Acumen towards clinical anatomy, physiology, clinical procedures, and workflow of medical systems and devices As a Clinical Application Specialist at Philips Healthcare, fluency in English, both verbally and in written communication, is expected.
