You will be expected to collect customer feedback, provide insights to the product and service teams for continuous improvement, and troubleshoot application-related issues by offering real-time solutions to healthcare professionals. It will be crucial for you to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Samsung Ultrasound technology, clinical applications, and competitive products. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering training materials, user manuals, and case studies tailored to the specific needs of clients. Additionally, representing the company at various workshops, CMEs, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase ultrasound applications will be part of your role. You will be independently responsible for the operational management of the training Centre in your respective region. This includes conducting pre & post recruitment orientation programs for fresher, Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and Area Managers. You will also be in charge of organizing monthly induction and refresher programs on Product, Process, Policies, and behavioral training in the region.
