Aesthetica360, a premier multi-specialty cosmetic clinic and the home of our newly launched The Aesthetical Institute of India academy, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic & Academy Manager to lead our team in Noida.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for the complete oversight of both business units. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of patient and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: Take ownership of all daily operations for both the clinic and the academy, ensuring seamless workflow, efficiency, and profitability.
• Sales & Business Growth: Oversee sales and marketing efforts, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth for all clinic services and academy admissions.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, including front-desk staff, sales consultants, and administrative personnel. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Patient & Student Experience: Uphold Aesthetica360's reputation for exceptional service. Manage client and student feedback, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee inventory and procurement to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure the clinic and academy operate in full compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior management or operations role, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and multiple business units.
• Strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth.

Compensation

This is a high-impact role with a competitive compensation package. Salary is no bar for the right candidate who can demonstrate the experience, vision, and leadership required to take Aesthetica360 to the next level.
