Client Success Manager (CSM) ensures customers achieve their desired outcomes from a product or service, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty by serving as the primary contact for key accounts. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, monitoring client health, providing ongoing support and training, resolving issues, identifying upselling opportunities, and gathering customer feedback to improve products.
