Your key responsibilities will include overseeing Magento development projects from initiation to completion, serving as the main point of contact for clients to facilitate clear and professional interactions, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable technical specifications, coordinating with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, providing clients with regular progress reports and proactive solutions for potential challenges, troubleshooting and efficiently resolving client concerns, managing project budgets and timelines, cultivating strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services to clients. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in Magento development and project management, a strong understanding of Magento architecture, custom development, and integrations, the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients, experience working with international clients and managing remote projects, the capacity to manage multiple projects and work independently, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and project management tools, and ideally experience with other e-commerce platforms and project management software.
