International Sales & Client Relations

Role Overview: As a Sales & Client Relations Executive at our growing team in Chennai, India, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales leads from international clients, communicating effectively with clients/leads through various channels, managing the CRM system, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and supporting the sales team with proposals and client onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound sales leads from international clients (UK, Australia, etc.). - Communicate with clients/leads over phone, email, and video calls with fluent, confident English. - Manage and update the CRM system to track leads and customer interactions. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for software and digital projects. - Support the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and client onboarding. Qualifications Required: - Excellent spoken and written English is a must-have. - Strong communication and presentation skills - confident on calls and video meetings. - Graduation in any discipline (English-speaking graduates preferred). - Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or customer success is a plus. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with international clients across time zones.
